For those clients who desire to fill a
permanent position, but still want the ability to evaluate
individuals prior to hiring them, or prefer to not pay up
front placement fees, we offer a solution with
additional often overlooked benefits.
We provide a Contract to Hire option that
allows the client to engage our consultant on a Staff
Augmentation basis for six months. We pay the consultant
comparable to the client's compensation plan so there's
no monetary imbalance. At the end of six months, the client
may hire the desired consultant for no placement fee. This trial
